In addition to running 44th and Madison, Mello and Brittanie co-host the Big Little Business Podcast, a platform dedicated to breaking barriers and creating legacies. The podcast explores entrepreneurship, business excellence, and the realities of building successful ventures, especially within the Black business community. Through candid conversations, myth-busting insights, and practical strategies, they inspire entrepreneurs to thrive in both business and life.

We initially began attending 44th and Madison events as a date night for us. We then built a work relationship with the owners, Brittanie & Mello, and hosted a few couple's line dance classes at the venue. Brittanie & Mello are a joy to work with. Before we initially met them, we were already fans of the venue as it was a great spot to visit for a fun night out! Always clean, professional staff, upscale and a complete Vibe! Once we connected with them, we fully understood the success of it all! They are a dynamic couple!
