Our current offering serves as a starting point to accommodate the basic needs of any wedding ceremony and reception in our venue. However, we offer a variety of extra “add-ons” which can be included for additional cost to customize your experience even further.
A non refundable 25% Retainer Fee is required to secure your date.
An additional Security Deposit of $400 for incidentals is required.

This includes setup and cleanup time. (8am - Midnight)

- (4) Portable Stage Panels
- (13) Portable Up lights
- (8) Gold Guidance Stanchions and (7) Red Ropes
- Technology Package: (1) cordless microphone, (2) speakers, (2) 70" Flat Screen TV Monitors
- Warming Kitchen: commercial ice machine, warming cabinet, refrigerator, two working benches, 3 compartment sink, hand wash sink)
- Up to 250 heavy-duty folding chairs
- Up to (20) 60 inch round, (16) 6 feet rectangular, and (10) cocktail tables
- Access to venue Wi-Fi

Event requires one day Event Insurance if alcohol is being served.

Includes bartenders and security personnel, portable bars, bar equipment, and bar supplies. Cash/Card or Bar Tab available
cleaning service

Includes event staff for the duration of your event to remove trash from your guest tables and clean up after your event. Vendors other than 44th and Madison are responsible for removing their items from the venue.
