The Retainer Fee is 25% of your total cost. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable fee to secure your date in our calendar. Goes towards your total rental cost.
The Security Deposit is $400 and is due the Thursday before your event. This deposit is held for incidentals during your event and can be paid with cash, check, or card. A Security Deposit Checklist is provided for your convenience. After a full inspection your Security Deposit is returned within 3 business days. May take up to 14 days to see funds in your account.
