The Retainer Fee is 25% of your total cost.  This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable fee to secure your date in our calendar.  Goes towards your total rental cost. 

The Security Deposit is $400 and is due the Thursday before your event.  This deposit is held for incidentals during your event and can be paid with cash, check, or card.  A  Security Deposit Checklist is provided for your convenience. After a full inspection your Security Deposit is returned within 3 business days.  May take up to 14 days to see funds in your account.

We're sorry to hear you need to cancel. We are unable to give refunds as event dates are locked in at the time the contract is signed.

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you cancel within 45 days of your event date, the full amount of all estimated charges are due to 44th and Madison.

Our venue has a liquor license which means that we're responsible for all liquor that's served on our premises,
